Water is the solution to the pollution.....mineralisation is the key to hydration. 

Water on its own is not effective at hydrating the cells which is why you can still show as dehydrated while drinking 8 glasses of water a day.  Try adding mineral drops, Celtic salt, MegaHydrate powder or chlorophyll liquid to your water if you are needing to hydrate more and alkaline your body at the same time.


Weak Adrenals.  As adrenals weaken they stop producing hormones and stop hydrating.  Add ¼ tsp. – ½ tsp. Celtic or some other hand harvested sea salt to a glass of water to support the adrenals and hydrate the cells.


Weak Adrenals = Fearfulness.  When people’s adrenals become weakened it has the emotional effect of causing them to become fearful.  Elderly people especially with weak adrenals become both fearful and dehydrated.


Trouble Digesting?  When someone is really struggling with digestion, a good start is a liquid diet including fermented liquids moving gradually into pureed foods and other solids.  Babies come into the world unable to take solid food as they develop their immune and digestive systems – nature starts them on a liquid diet.


Gut Lining.  Every 5 days the gut lining turns over.  To help heal and improve digestion, start off for 10 days on liquids, then moving to pureed foods then soft foods graduating to solids as digestion improves.


Digestion Times.  Digestion times differ depending on many variables in a person’s physical makeup. Hydrochloric acid is essential for the digestion of proteins and the amount of hydrochloric acid produced dictates whether someone digests protein in 3 hours or 5 hours.  If under heavy stress this slows digestion even more.


Hydrochloric Acid (HCL) Hydrochloric acid triggers pepsin to break down protein in the stomach and is critical for extracting minerals from our food. 


When the body is highly acidic through lifestyle and food choices, it will shut down the production of hydrochloric acid as its way of trying to reduce the acidity.  This leads to inability to digest and absorb protein, mineral deficiency regardless of supplements taken plus lack of enzyme production for further breakdown and absorption of protein, carbohydrates, fats and minerals in the small intestine.


HINT 1: If experiencing low hydrochloric acid levels, always have hand harvested ocean sea salt with meals since salt is important for proper digestion and it also stimulates stomach acid production while providing the minerals needed.


HINT 2: Hydrochloric Acid supplements must always be taken with food to avoid burning on an empty stomach and if you forget to take them with your meal, they will still be effective if taken 2 hours or more after eating
