Lakanto Chocolate Icing  

Both this icing and the Vanilla cream were created to be served with the Chocolate Flourless cake.

  • ½ cup of Lakanto
  • ¼ cup of Navitas raw organic cacao powder
  • Cream
  • 4 Tablespoons butter
Tip the Lakanto sugar into Vitamix or other powerful blender and blend until it becomes a fine powder.
Add the cacao powder and blend again to mix then tip this mixture into a bowl.
Start adding the cream in and mixing until the mixture is very thick and creamy and then mix in the softened but still firm butter.  This will make an easy to spread Chocolate butter icing.

Sweet Vanilla Cream

 Whip up some cream and add Sun Cured Vanilla Powder and powdered Lakanto to it then serve with the Chocolate Flourless Cake.
