Cacao Mulberry Superfood Thickshake


2 ½ cups of Almond Mylk (use one cup of this to soak mulberries)

1 cup of Organic raw sun-dried Mulberries (soak in almond mylk)

1 cup of Coconut Water from Drinking Coconut

1 cup of Coconut flesh from Drinking Coconut

¼ cup of raw, organic cacao powder

1 tablespoon of raw, goji powder

2 teaspoons of Sunflower Lecithin

Stevia, a banana or an alternative sweetener if desired

2 pinches of Celtic salt



Soak the mulberries in one cup of almond mylk for atleast 4 hours to soften and make blending easier.  You can use the dried mulberries as they are but you will get a smoother drink if they are soaked beforehand.


Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend together until creamy and smooth.
