Dark Chocolate Goldenberry Bliss Balls by Michele K La Chante
4 Tablespoons Almond Butter
100 grams of Cacao Paste (melted)
2 Tablespoons of Coconut Water powder / Liquid
2 Tablespoons of Goldenberry Powder
2 Scoops of Vitality Supergreens by Body Ecology
Small 1/2 cup of Lakanto sugar or 3 - 4 Tablespoons of Coconut Palm Sugar (grind either of them to a powder in coffee grinder)
1/4 teaspoon of Celtic Salt
Goldenberry Powder for rolling the bliss balls in.
Once you have melted the Cacao Paste and powdered the Coconut Palm Sugar/Lakanto (and Coconut Water Powder if it has clumped), you can then just mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Then shape into balls by rolling in your hands and sit in the fridge to chill. This mixture makes beautiful shiny balls that are very easy to work with. When ready to serve roll in the Goldenberry Powder and be ready to be blown away...a true taste sensation.
