Coconut Cream Kefir Smoothie.

Pineapple is high in fibre and also contains good
amounts of vitamin C, potassium, manganese, and a digestive enzyme called bromelain.
Also being a tropical fruit, it makes good sense to combine it with the Coconut Cream Kefir since
the two flavours blend into each other in absolute perfection.
1 cup of coconut cream kefir
1/2 to 1 cup of fresh, ripe pineapple.
6 - 8 drops of Valencia Orange stevia (optional)
Place all of the ingredients together into the blender
and blend to a smooth liquid. Pour into glass and drink. Yet another healthy way to
start the day.
